Technical Services Team Lead
The Technical Services Team Lead will belong to Getinge Integrated Workflow Solutions (IWS). Getinge IWS delivers solutions to hospitals that align and optimize workflows at sterile services departments, operation rooms and the patient journey. By supporting and facilitating workflows and communication channels for health care professionals, we help our customers delivering efficient and high-quality patient care.
A Team Lead role is a “hands on” role the purpose of which is both to ensure the daily operations of the Oslo team, as well as delivering services to our customers. The team mainly works with Getinge’s T-DOC application, and to a lesser degree the Insight application.
The position
The Technical Team Lead primary functions are: In addition to installation, configuration and maintenance of IWS solutions (on-site and/or remote depending on solution) to help and support the customers to solve their problems and questions related to their Integrated Workflow Solution. The Team Lead will assist the Technical Services Senior Manager in the day-to-day management of the technical specialists which includes:
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement
• New team member training
• Oversees team member work for quality, and day-to-day case prioritization and escalation of critical issues
• Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
• Holding recurring 1-1 meetings with team members
• Generates team monthly team reports for the Manager
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
• Ensure ongoing collaboration between Nordic Technical Services teams The Technical Services Team Lead will report directly to the Senior Technical Services Manager
An important part of the job is education and training of customers as well as following up to ensure customer satisfaction, and assisting with pre-sales together with other colleagues. As Team Lead you will also be responsible for coordinating incoming work orders for the Oslo team.
The support phone is open between 08.00-16.00 and is operated by the whole team.
For this role, you will participate in training courses to obtain the right knowledge of T-DOC. You will be supported by your new colleagues to ensure that you will be successful right from the beginning.
Who you are
You preferably have several years of relevant experience leading a team. Experience with application support, product implementation, or customer training is also an asset. You approach challenges with enthusiasm and care, and you are comfortable working in a structured manner. You are a self-starter and motivated by leading your team to shared success. Experience with customer contact is an advantage – especially with delivering training or implementation on-site with customers.
Experience with general IT and software is considered an asset. Examples could be Windows Server, SQL DB and general DB infrastructure. You understand the importance of good customer service and the ability to align expectations with customers. You are fluent in Norwegian and English.
